- Notify a member of health care team if you do not understand information about your care and treatment.
- Report changes in your condition or symptoms , including pain, to a member of the health care team.
- Act in a considerate and cooperative manner.
- Respect the rights and property of others.
- Follow the rules and regulations of the health care facility.
- Pay or make arrangements to pay your financial obligations.
- Attend your scheduled appointment or cancel it 24 hours in advance.
- Giving tips to staff is forbidden according to clinic policy.
